About the Brick House
The “Brick House” was originally built 1943; one of the first homesteads in Midway, with a preserved foundation and brickwork that resonate with Midway’s warmth and historic charm. Originally the home was just 3 rooms, anchoring a ~7-acre farm. The home was expanded to 5 rooms and used as a gathering place for family reunions and youth events for 70+ years. With plenty of room inside and outside, the home is perfect for family reunions, and retreats. The home is designed to be 100% sustainable, with a rooftop solar array and battery system and EV charging for guests’ electric vehicles
